Return Shipping Costs
If you choose to return an item, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and may vary depending on the shipping carrier selected. However, if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item due to our error, RydonTech will cover all return shipping costs.

Eligibility for Refunds
To qualify for a refund, all products purchased through RydonTech must be returned in their original, unused, unopened, and undamaged condition, including all original packaging.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. Proof of purchase or the original invoice is required for all returns.

Once your return is approved and received, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
For your protection, we strongly recommend using a secure and trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items arrive safely at our facility.
